File Specs

This information will help you in preparing your files for the best possible printing quality at ChromaGraphics & REACH360.

File Types

We accept most modern graphics formats. However, print-ready PDF files offer the most streamlined process and limit complications and delays. Our affordable model for digital printing assumes press-ready PDF files are being submitted, some artwork charges may apply when submitting artwork in other formats for digital jobs. Artwork is billed by the hour. Please contact a representative to get an estimate.

File Prep

Make sure you are using high resolution artwork for anything you want to print. Make PDF files whenever possible. When submitting 'working' files, be sure to include all fonts and links along with a PDF 'comp' showing how the piece is to look. This will avoid delays due to issues caused by missing files or text reflow from font issues. When preparing for PDF output, make sure to include bleed (if applicable), embed fonts and avoid using transparency in front of spot colors.
